bank financing: Banks will tighten their belts!

According to a survey by the Bank of Portugal, most national banks being more restrictive in granting credit.

With regard to companies, most of the surveyed banking institutions indicated that credit granting has remained largely unchanged. However, one bank indicated a slight increase in loans to large companies and two banks indicated slightly higher growth in long-term loans.

Whoever thinks that credit and management do not go hand in hand. All because the trend should be to continue to tighten the concession criteria, particularly with regard to financing with longer terms.

It is important that Companies realize that the greater the restrictions on credit, greater the importance of having management information strict e timely.
